Formula to Calculate Average Incidents opened per day, week, month and quarter?

Need help with below Performance Analytics issue - 

What formula should i use in formula indicator to calculate Average incidents opened per day, week, month and quarter?

Condition for Indicator source should be Created Today

Under indicator you just add condition what you need like specific groups or business services.

Normally if you want to see all incident you will put no conditions.

I have created automated indicator which is giving me all incidents. Then I have created widget with time series "By Week AVG+'. But I am not understand how to see Average as it is showing all incidents. I tried with changing time series also

Indicator is just number of incidents and Indicator source is created today.

Please remember to collect data using job.

After that add widget on dashboard.
