Hi,
There are couple of ways you can achieve this:
1) You can build a Report as per steps below:
Navigate to Report module and click on "Create New" as shown below:
2) Select The Table as "Incident" and give a Name to your Report as shown below:
3) Click on Next button and select the Type of Report as "List" as shown below:
4) Now Select the column which you want to display in your report and make sure to Group by "Assigned To" as shown below:
5) Click on Save and you are done , this will show you Incident assigned to each individual as shown below:
Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.

Sure. Let me know if you have a follow up query on this.
Also, would like to add one more method which I find useful other than Report functionality is mentioned below:
1) Navigate to the Module Open under Incident Application menu as shown below:
2) Once the List opens up, Right click on the List Header on Assigned To as shown below and Group it by Assigned To column
3) If Assigned To is not added then add it to the List Layout first and then repeat step number 2.
If not there by default then click on Gear Icon and add Assigned To field First and then repeat step number 2:
Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
