Basically a report that depicts, how many requests are generated in a given time period using each of the catalog we have in the system.

Hi
you need to create a report on sc_req_item table and select the attribute item there. it is a reference type field. click on + icon and select catalogs and category.
check the screenshot below.
select the attributes based on requirements.

what is the difference between Catalog Task [sc_task], Requested Item [sc_req_item] and [sc_request].
which one give correct report for all requests i.e, RITM...
sc_task and sc_req_item are generate reports for RITMs but different count.
