How to open a data visualization from a menu item

We have a menu item which opens a Core UI report displaying the out of office calendar for the IT&S department.
This menu item is configured as follow:
Title: IT&S Calendar
Link Type: URL (from Arguments:)
Arguments: sys_report_display.do?sysparm_report_id=<sys_id of the it&s calendar report>
What is the appropriate menu configuration for opening the Platform Analytics version of this report which exists in the library under data visualizations?
Activating migrated content in the Migration Center did not update these menu links to redirect to the Platform Analytics version. It was my understanding that "All links and navigation menu items are redirected to the PAe version of the content" as part of the activation.

I am aware of this article. It does not answer my question about how to configure a menu link to open a migrated report. That article states that all links and navigation menu items are automatically redirected to the migrated content which I found not to be the case. That is why I am asking how to update the navigation menu items.
