We have a requirement to create a scheduled report to run monthly on open incidents and save the output to a file share for audit purposes. We have looked at several Community articles but not seeing a solution. We do not want to email to have someone save the file is not optimal in case the person is out of the office or misses the email.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Colleen

Hi Colleen,
Can you check this link, this may help you to trigger some more thoughts on the solution required. but sadly, as said no direct option is available.

We were able to use the Export Set logic to download the file to our Mid server.
