How to set default view on list columns after clicking on count of single score widget in report

Hi Team,

we have added single score widget in the dashboard after clicking on that count specific list of columns will be displayed across all domain for all users.

I have tried to update in List layout in default view, however its is still not working for other users.

Could you please advise on that so that after clicking on that count users will see specific list of columns.

Hi Vicky,

Why dont you add a drill down view of the report and add the columns you want to show once the user clicks on the score.

Another thing - if you're just using the gear icon to show the columns that you want, that's a 'personalize' feature that works just for you.   If you have the admin role, right-click the column headers and choose "Configure List Layout".   Then that becomes the default layout for everyone that views that list, unless they personalize it as well.
