How to show cost per incident/request in oob IT manager dashboard ?

we have installed oob performance analytics IT manager dashboard. 

and in that we have report called average cost per incident and average cost per request (weekly). 

How can we show the cost ? ex: i need to take $50 per incident and i want that average of incidents cost weekly.

How can i achieve this ?

Hi, 

 

I know the question is really old, but that particular widget uses the indicator - Average Cost per Resolved Incident - Weekly. If you see the indicator source, you will see that is uses the metrics, the definition behind it has a script include - FixedCostAnalyticsHelper. 

 

The cost per incident is set in the table (fixed_cost_definition), as per the table, OOTB they have certain values with the cost value assigned. Please enter the value you want with the currency you want, then this report will be populated once, the job relevant to the indicator mentioned above is run. 

 

PA job to be run : [PA Fixed Cost] Daily Data Collection

Indicator: Cost of Incidents Resolved

Formula indicator on top: Average Cost per Resolved Incident - Weekly
