How to show report data for 3 weeks back

You can try reporting on Incident table with condition like:

Created --> relative --> after --> 21 Days ago AND

Created --> relative --> before --> 21 Days from now

I don't think you need the second line in the filter.  The condition "from now" looks into the future and is useful for due dates and planned start dates, but how could a ticket be created in the future?  Simply using "after 3 weeks ago", or "after 21 days ago" since "weeks" is not an option (at least not in my older version) will get you the results you want.

You will not get the past 3 weeks, just three weeks back by using 21 days.

If you are truly look for weeks based on Monday - Sunday regardless of which day you run the report, then I don't think you can do that.

For example, taking the current date (8/5/2020) you want to run a report for created past 3 weeks meaning 7/13/2020 - 8/2/2020, it will not do that.

If that is what you want, submit an Idea to the Idea portal requesting to add "weeks" to the relative filter option.  I would give that an up-vote.
