Indicator score are not coming in scoresheet

Hi

i am new to Performance Analytics in snow and was trying to create an Automated indicator and adding automated breakdowns to it.

After executing the Job. When i go to see Score for the indicator, nothing comes there. 

Not sure if i am missing any step of configuration here or its something else.

What did the job logs say?  Since you are just getting started, have you taken Performance Analtyics Essentials?  That (and a lot more training) is available for youhttps://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=44c3a3ecdbf43f84d82ffb2439961...

It ran successfully and it was showing records count as well

Check your Indicator source once and also check the job log for whether records are in that or not.

Hi Chenab,

‘Number of new incidents’ is an OOTB indicator which should be collecting records. Are you saying there are no records whatsoever?

I can see you’re trying to add a Breakdown ‘Business Service_incident’. After mapping this, did you run a historical job to populate retrospectively?

It’s worth sharing screenshots of your Indicator Source, Indicator Conditions and your Breakdown mappings. Can usually identify the issues from those.
