Indicator score are not coming in scoresheet

Hi
i am new to Performance Analytics in snow and was trying to create an Automated indicator and adding automated breakdowns to it.
After executing the Job. When i go to see Score for the indicator, nothing comes there.
Not sure if i am missing any step of configuration here or its something else.

Hi
I ran the job and was able to extract the scores.
But now when i create the same thing in client instance, and create an automated breakdown for Business service field, it does not even come in the score sheet.

Hi Chenab,
Firstly, well done on getting your scores to populate - it's progress, however small 🙂
When you are creating Breakdowns against an pre-existing Indicator, a Collection Job must run before you will see it appear within the Scoresheet - otherwise the Indicator doesn't know it's there. In your screenshot there, I can see your indicator only has 1 Job associated with it - implying it's either the future scheduled Job (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) or a Temp Job from when the Indicator was initially created.
When I want a new Breakdown, I tend to run a historical collection job immediately after, in order to see the aggregation within the Scoresheet. I should note, sometimes I find manually creating Breakdowns the devils work - it is much easier to go into the Indicator and select 'Manage Breakdowns' (top right) If you create a new one, the platform builds all the background mapping and links it to your indicator. Rerunning a Job (as per first para) then populates it 🙂

Yeah when i mapped the breakdown to this indicator, i did run the job. I have attached daily data collection job but my problem is Business service itself is not coming in the scoresheet which i think is not related to the job.
Please advise.

Hi Chenab,
A couple of silly questions:
- Have you validated that the Business Service field is being populated, ie: that there is bona fide data to be queried within the instance?
- Did you create the Breakdown manually or use the wizard? I would strongly recommend the latter as this configures the mapping correctly.
Breakdowns can be very fiddly - even for experienced users on here. Your best source of advice is always to take time to read the essential guidance, as well as previous posts on here concerning their creation, as it'll help you overcome the most common issues encountered.

1. Yes there is data for the field
2. I created manually as i did in my personal instance where it worked as expected.
What do you suggest to do if i am unable to even see the field in the scoresheet?
