Issues with Performance Analytics Automated Indicators - Number of Resolved Incidents does not return any data.

I am using a trial version of Performance Analytics & trying to collect the data under Dashboards using the Automatic Indicators. I have also scheduled a job [PA Trial Incident] Daily Data Collection to be run daily. The job is running successfully with no errors / warnings & fetches data for all indicators (Open Incidents / Backlog Incidents) however doesn't fetch any data for job indicator No of Resolved Incidents (It is not fetching data for any indicator related to Resolved incidents). The data was fine till yesterday but not sure what is the problem today.

The job is scheduled to run daily & is running at scheduled time. Data for all other Indicators & breakdown is fine. I am new to using ServiceNow & have admin role.

Job logs below:

Any suggestions?

Hi Vincent,

Do they have the box Collect indicator ticked?   Yes it is checked.

Click on the double yellow arrows behind it, does the number change? Yes, if I change the filter condition.

And if you click on the 38 matching records, do they show up in the list? Yes they do.

Indicator Source looks exactly the same as yours.

Hi Salil,

We're not giving up. :-). Check the following option. Open the Job. Under the job parameters, is the Run as field filled in? If it is, impersonate this user and go to the indicator source. Does it still have the 38 records matched?

Hello Vincent,

Earlier Run-As field was blank however I entered name of one of the admin & then executed job from his ID however no good.

Also, looked at Indicator Source & it shows results for 38 records.

I have tried everything I know however its not capturing the data for only one automatic Indicator.

Thanks for all your efforts.

Hi Salil,

The problem could be a little deeper in the code. If you go to the job log you first posted (16-06-2015 06:00:02). Then click on id 7 and click on the related link "Show log entries" and Click on submit. Now you see the detailed log entry. Look for warning or error messages. You might want to look at id 8 too. These detailed logs could explain why the job doesn't return any data.
