Multiple elements selection in a widget

Hi everyone,

I have 2 questions, related to breakdowns and filtering information in dashboards:

* Is there any possibility to select multiple elements of a breakdown in the same widget?

            For example, I would like to see the number of incidents logged by team A, B, C and D. Is this possible without having to add new widget indicators?

            I created element filter, including all these teams in a group, but I cannot select this as a breakdown or as an element of the breakdown.

* Is there any possibility to create multiple breakdown dashboards?

            For example, I would like to be able to filter the information by company and group. Is this possible to happen directly on the dashboard or I have to filter by company first and then, every widget to be filtered by group?

Hi Erik,

I have one more question regarding breakdowns:

* For example, by selecting the conditions below, it will show me 0 and the filter only by the 2nd breakdown (in this case - Priority), even though we have data in the indicator and the box for Collect breakdown matrix is marked as true.

Is there anything else I could do? Or are there some settings that need to be changed?

I believe you will need to pick an Element from Breakdown (this case from Assignment Group). Otherwise the widget does not know which scores to display.

Thank you, Erik. I thought maybe there is a way to show the information exactly like in the scorecards - when you select 2 breakdowns and it shows you the entire breakdown matrix...

In this case, if I want to select, all the possible assignment groups and all priorities, I have to select those manually?

      Sorry for keeping this question open, but I would like to find a way for everyone to be able to represent data easily.

And if I don't select any filter or element, the entire list of groups and every type of priority for each are available.
