I created a PA dashboard, the score card in the Analytics Hub for the current period is correct but when I use the display records button, I get the message that says "No records to display". Is there a reason why this could be?
I want to display all the records in the Score Card for more in depth analysis.
Thanks a lot

I'm sure there is a reason...
- Do you have access to see the records (normal ACLs apply)?
- Did you collect records?
- Are you looking at data beyond the retention period for the indicator?
Those are the most common reasons.

Thank you Adam,
I looked into the PA properties and noticed the maximum retention period was higher than my data.
Kind regards
Pedro

If it was higher, then there should have been data. Did you figure out what the problem was?

Yes sorry, I meant my data was higher than the retention period.
