Hi Team,

On upgrading to Australia, the user on login landing on the PA workspace library (platform-analytics-workspace/pages/params/library/dashboards) but what was expected is to land on the dashboard page of last opened dashboard as in user preference.

 

Where to configure so that user lands on the last opened dashboard page.

To update the default landing page for all users in ServiceNow, change the User Preference value as follows:

  • User preference: my_home_navigation_page
  • Old Value: /now/platform-analytics-workspace/pages/params/library/dashboards
  • New Value: $pa_dashboard.do
