Refresh Icon

The refresh icon on a homepage/dashboard doesn't show up until you hover over the widget header.   Is there a way to have it always be visible?

In the current release, no...

Starting in the upcoming Jakarta release the Icons, including refresh will stay visible when a user has Accessibility enabled.

I too am experiencing something similar however, this is happening when I'm in a list view.

We are currently running a self-hosted instance of Jakarta Patch 2 and the refresh icon is not showing up when in a list view.

As you can see Accessibility is enabled.   We are also running UI16.
