Report on pending status

Dear Team

 

We need to find the pending ticket on that particular date ( Suppose if its 1st dec and we have 50 pending tickets, sililarly we have on 1st jan 30 pending tickets and onn 1st feb we have 20 pending tickets.)

 

Now if a person want to see on a particular how many  tickets were pending how and what condition one applies in order to find that.

 

Its bit of aging related.

I can try. What exactly is it you want to measure? The number of tickets that, on any given day, went into a pending status? Or only the tickets that were in pending status at the start (or end?) of a given date? What about tickets that were opened on a previous date but that were still pending?

 

So for example, if I put a ticket in pending status right now, I'm assuming you'd want it to show up on a report indicating that it was pending on Feb. 23 (today's date). What if I closed it in 10 minutes, before the end of today, should it be captured as well? Also, what if I put the ticket in pending status on Feb. 18 and closed it on Feb. 21? Should it show up if I run a query for Feb. 19?
