Hi All
I need a report that shows all outstanding Changes that are in a State of Pending Approval, that contains headings of Number, Summary, Planned Start Date, Planned End Date and the Approver Group, where approval is Requested.
I would have expected this to be a basic function that ALL change managers required and am somewhat surprised it isn't readily available.
Can anyone help me please?

You are correct. Planned start date is not part of the approval record. It's part of the referenced change record.
Go to System Properties> UI Properties locate, and check the following property. Then you'll be able to choose the planned start date in the filter when you dot-walk.

Hi Chuck,
This report does not give me all RITMs where the RITMs are in requested approval state. Any advise would be appreciated. I would like a similar report for requests only and not changes.
Thanks

Thanks Chuck
but I am unable to retrieve Planned Start date as a field, I am assuming it is not an element of sysapproval.
