For reporting on Incident, Change and Request, there are a group of standard tables we use repeatedly (listed below). Does anyone know of a summary of these common tables that describes when to use one over the other based on the data you are targeting?
Thanks,
Tracy

You can just use the task table and use the task type filter to choose type of task.
For example:
Task Table chosen
Filter chosen is task type= incident/incident task/Catalog task

If you are trying to get started, I always recommend starting with the Out of the Box content. That should get you off and running an get you understanding how they all fit in.
