Reporting on Multi Row Variable Sets

Hello, 

I've created a few Service Requests with Multi-row Variable sets, but not able to pull the data selected in the requests into a Report. Does anyone have a solution for this? As depicted below, a user enters the info being pulled from a Custom Table in order for the request to be fulfilled. There doesn't seem to be any option to pull this data into report. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
