Reporting on Surveys CSATs

Hi community

 

I would like to understand how to report of CSATs please.

 

How can I see the following:

1. List of surveys grouped by score.

2. Tickets that the survey is related to.

3. User that submitted the tickets.

 

If you can point me to the tables and fields and easiest method to do this that would be helpful.

I am happy to help out. Are you on Zurich and have you fully migrated to Platform Analytics? Or do you still have the classic reporting available? I only ask because reporting has been replaced with data visualizations and I want to give you the most accurate information.

Hello @AnthonyMull ,

 

You can find all the CSATs and its responses in Assessment Instance table[asmt_assessment_instance].

Go to Navigation and type ''asmt_assessment_instance.LIST" and hit Enter.

Hi @AnthonyMull ,

 

All reports should be based on the asmt_result table that contains the score together with a link for the related task.
