Hello,
I am trying to build a report based on RITM and Task SLA and to build that I am using OOB database view sc_req_item_sla. In the report I need columns as catalog item variables and Task SLAs (Has breached, Business Elapsed Time, Actual Elapsed time) in report. I can navigate to the catalog item's variable in when choosing columns through Request->Questions->Catalog Variables but as soon I click Ok after choosing columns and refresh the report , those selected columns of catalog variables removed automatically.
1) Choose columns and selected catalog item variables and Task SLA variable (actual elapsed percentage)
2) Clicked Ok and refresh the report. Catalog item variables removed.
3) Then if I go back and choose columns again , those selected catalog item variables from step one removed automatically .
Thanks,
Nitin

Is that a valid catalog item?
Did you try using a different catalog item as well?

And did you just name those variables as question types? Like Multi Choice, etc.?
Are you picking the actual variable? Or somehow dot-walking to the type?
Please consider marking my reply as Helpful and/or Accept Solution, if applicable. Thanks!

I don't think you can get the variables from this view. If you check carefully, this view do not provide you any variables to Dot-Walking..
You can try my custom view.
