Requested Item Stage Display

Hi All....

We are looking for a way to display RITM stage information in a report by displaying only the TEXT of the current stage instead of the progress indicator. When displaying the report, it currently shows the following:

When viewing the actual RITM however, the Stage field only shows the text name of the current stage, which is what we want to display in the report. 

Additionally, when exporting the report to CSV, the stage field displays the name of the stage. 

What do I need to modify so that the report itself displays the name instead of the indicator? The indicator makes dashboard rendering of these reports extremely slow and taxes the system.

I was able to find a solution to this but forgot to post it. 

I was able to do this by creating a report based on the Requested Item table (sc_req_item). In the column selector, just choosing the 'Stage' field results in the graphical stage drop down. 

In order to only report the current stage, you have to dot walk as below when choosing your columns:

Context -> Stage -> Name (or Value..depending on what you want)

dot walk to it: context>stage will give you the text value directly.

Did you find a way to display the RITM stage information in a report by showing the information in text or some other form that allows you to be able to condition it according to value of each stage?
