Hi
When I setup a schedule report I have added 2 email addresses for example
john.smith@snow.com, bob.jones@snow.com
But when I receive the email it goes to 4 people,
john.smith@snow.com, bob.jones@snow.com, ian.jones@snow.com, paul.long@snow.com
It is like Bob Jones email address is associated to other people so when I send it to him it goes to the others?? Anyone any idea why??

Some user might have delegates set.
https://**.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsys_user_delegate_list.do
Have you checked emails log? Are these addresses also there in sent mails?
