Table to see the history of users added and removed from the itil role in a range of dates

Hello everyone,

 

I am searching on ServiceNow where to see the license consumption of users between July and December to make a report.
So, I was wondering if there is a table to see the historic of users that were assigned and unassigned to itil role during that month range.

I have the admin role and found the sys_audit_role table, but it is empty.

Is there any other table to find this information? Thanks in advance.

Can you check if Subscription Overview dashboard helps you in any way. Because it has all the info related to user subscriptions.
