On the Academy yesterday, we were asked to post things we might notice as we work with PA Workspace.
Attached is a situation I currently have where a Time Series widget is working as expected on a dashboard, but when I use that indicator as a data source in PA Workspace, it is not working correctly.
I am using Utah Patch 9 HF 1 - and we will be moving to Vancouver at the end of February.
Summary:
The indicator/widget shows Lead Time for Enhancements for a specific product.
On the dashboard this is the result:
When I use this indicator in the PA Workspace the result:
The Axis Labels vs Data shift is the issue I'm seeing - should we open a case in HI - or I am simply missing something easy? Attached is a PDF with every screen capture I could think to show. Thanks!

I recommend submitting a case for this. I'm not sure of a setting that would offset the dates, I don't understand the use case where we would want it. The key is that the scores are correct, this is a display issue we need to get resolved.

Hi @jstoessel ,
Any update from ServiceNow on this? I experience the same offset movement when I select a date range in analytics workspace. Without daterange it shows correct, but with daterange there is a offset on the x-axis.
Best regards
Anders

Hey AndersBGS
Here is what happened -
- Looks like ServiceNow support has come up with a fix for your issue. The fix is to upgrade the Data Visualization Core plugin. I upgraded the plugin in the Train instance. When you have a moment will you please verify that this resolves the issue. Thanks.
After I logged in, and went to the offending workspace, I noticed a new section which allowed me to set the Date Range
Now my line chart that worked on a dashboard, works on the workspace.
We are in UTAH Patch 9, Hotfix 1 - going to upgrade to Vancouver on Feb 28 - this bit might play into your situation.
Hope this helps! Joh
