Unable to navigate Form Context Menu in Task Board

Hi,

I am currently going through my onboarding and unable to find " Form Context Menu" to Add to Visual Task Board.

Appreciate any kind of help.

Hi @ManishaaS 

You generally need the standard ITIL access to create boards. If you are strictly an "End User" (no roles), you might not see this option on incident/request forms.

What role do you have in the instance? If you are logged in as an end user, VTB cannot be used. You need at least the VTB role or the ITIL role to access it. Please share a screenshot for clarification.
