Unable to navigate Form Context Menu in Task Board

Hi,

I am currently going through my onboarding and unable to find " Form Context Menu" to Add to Visual Task Board.

Appreciate any kind of help.

Hi @ManishaaS 

You generally need the standard ITIL access to create boards. If you are strictly an "End User" (no roles), you might not see this option on incident/request forms.

oops, I found the problem. I was trying to add the from an unsubmitted form/problem. I needed to find the submitted problem, and then add that to the Visual Task Board, which was available in the Form Context Menu.
