Upgrade to Australia and Platform Analytics

Hi all,
following the release upgrade to Australia on 06/15/2026, what is the rationale according to which some Core reports/dashboards were automatically migrated to Platform Analytics (Next experience) and others were not?
Could someone explain it to me, please ?
Thx,

Fabiana

Hi @Fabiana3

I agree—we experienced the same issue with one of our clients as well. Some reports were migrated, and we were unable to identify the root cause.

As a workaround, we migrated all the reports to Platform Analytics (PA), which resolved the issue for us. My suggestion would be to log a ServiceNow support case and check whether they can provide any insights into the underlying cause.

In our case, the client environment was relatively small, so we didn't spend much time investigating further. Instead, we prioritized migrating the remaining reports to PA.

Hi Mark,
regardless of what you rightly point out, the main fact is that AUTOMATIC migration of Core reports/dashboards during the release upgrade was not expected at all.
