In this installment of the Process Mining Academy (formerly Process Optimization) we cover some of the enhancements to ServiceNow's in-platform Process Mining solution in the Vancouver release. New automated findings, Process Map dashboard component, coverage for Strategic Portfolio Management and more.

As of the Vancouver release Process Optimization has been renamed Process Mining.
