Task Result: Failed for Assessment Simulator Task 2: Favorite a Filtered List (Content)

Hi All,

 

I have completed the task, then too I am getting the task result as Failed when trying to validate the task. Please help, as to what must be going wrong? I have already marked My incidents as my Favorite and changed the color and icon too.

@SwapnaKumbS it depends on what exactly you want to do...

 

but in general it's using the All and Favourites tabs:

And NOT the Workspace...

 

If you have a particular record, e.g. incident, you can put the number to the search bar and next to it there's a chevron that lets you select where to open it - Global is the backend view or Workspace...

But for your purposes it would be the first option, I believe.

To go to list of incidents in the non-Workspace view, change the URl accordingly and navigate to:

https://yourinstance.service-now.com/incident_list.do

 

or type "incident.list" and press enter:

Yes, pls see the screenshot, it says Platform user.

@SwapnaKumbS OK, the selected user is correct but your screenshot is from Workspace (SOW), have you tried to do the same in the "old" native UI?

How to change to Old Native UI, is there any guidebook from where we can follow ?
