Task Result: Failed for Assessment Simulator Task 2: Favorite a Filtered List (Content)

Hi All,

I have completed the task, then too I am getting the task result as Failed when trying to validate the task. Please help, as to what must be going wrong? I have already marked My incidents as my Favorite and changed the color and icon too.

@SwapnaKumbS it depends on what exactly you want to do...

but in general it's using the All and Favourites tabs:

And NOT the Workspace...

If you have a particular record, e.g. incident, you can put the number to the search bar and next to it there's a chevron that lets you select where to open it - Global is the backend view or Workspace...

But for your purposes it would be the first option, I believe.

To go to list of incidents in the non-Workspace view, change the URl accordingly and navigate to:

https://yourinstance.service-now.com/incident_list.do

or type "incident.list" and press enter:

Hello,

I have the problem "Task Result: Failed" on 2 different modules.

I have tried several times with both the "amministratore" user and the "Platform User" user.

If I don't close the 2 tasks I won't be able to complete the course.

Let me explain better, I'm taking the course: On-demand Course > Welcome to ServiceNow [Italian]

I have completed all the modules except the following:

Homepage / Welcome to ServiceNow [Italiano] (Course) / Compito Moduli (Content): Task Result: Failed

I followed these instructions:
Task description: Report a problem related to the network server that no longer works multiple times in a week.

Instructions for the task:

1. Go to All (Tutto) > Problem (Problema) > Create New (Crea nuovo).

2.
Fill in the form:

Category: Network
Service (Servizio): IT Services (Servizi IT)
Impact (Impatto): 2 - Medium (Medio)
Urgency (Urgenza): 2 - Medium (Media)
Assignment group (Gruppo di assegnazione): Network (Rete)
Statement of the problem: Impossible to connect to the network server.
Description: It seems that the network server of the department is not working several times a week and at the moment I am unable to connect. We would like a more lasting solution.

Note that when you set the Urgency (Urgenza) value to Medium (Media), the priority automatically changes to "3-Moderate (3-Moderata)".

3. Select the module's context menu to save the record.

4. Select the module's context menu and select Create Favorite (Crea preferito). So, select More (Altro) in the pop-up window Favorite (Preferito) added.

5. Select any icon and any color.

6. Select Save edits.

7. Select Go to activity stream (Vai al flusso attività) in the header of the form or go to the section of the form where you can track any work notes on the issue.

I repeated them 5/6 times both as Admin user and impersonating the suggested user.
