I have a requirement to embed options (Like clickable buttons) within email content (when sent from ServiceNow instance to user's mailbox) and when user responds with any of the options, we need to capture the response and update the target record accordingly. We are now exploring the outlook actionable message option active it. Due to limited documentation around OAM and given the complexity of it, we would require some help around the configuration.
