Error getting information from SAM Advanced Metering

Hi Everyone,

I need your help, please. I need to obtain the information from Sam Metering Advanced. I am observing that this error is displayed in the payload of the queue monitoring probe

Please can you help me correct this error?

Hi @Santiago Ruales

you should raise a support case to get this issue troubleshooted and solved by the support team. Looks like some unexpected behavior when getting metering for hotfixes?
