In the assest table I can see some records were updated by admin/system. Can anyone explain why we can see like this and also the difference between updated by admin/system.

Hi @Shidhi ,
Admin is your local admin role for your instances. ServiceNow has Admin role too.
System is a system role used by ServiceNow.

Hi @Shidhi ,
In addition to what Sandeep said, in asset table if admin is there you can assume they might have configured discovery schedules to run as admin so when any change happens to CI then it will reflect in Asset table as well. Also there might be some scheduled jobs related to asset table which will be running on daily or weekly basis so when this scheduled job is ran it will update the records as system/admin.
Hope this helps!
