How to create Reclamation rule on Software subscription ?

Hello All,
Need help for creating reclamation rule on 'Subscription software', i can see OOB it is created for Microsoft 365 and that option is not available for user to select.
And also wish to understand difference between reclamation rule running on 'Installed software' and 'subscription software'.
Please help me with the above procedures/queries.

Software reclamation rules are created automatically when you create a direct integration profile with a supported SaaS application.
