Hello @spandana kalla ,
These are some common jobs which i have mentioned :
1. Reconciliation: This job is responsible for reconciling software licenses and entitlements with actual usage data from discovery tools, inventory scanners, or other sources. It helps ensure that organizations stay compliant with licensing agreements and avoid costly penalties.
2. Compliance calculation: This job calculates compliance scores based on license data and usage information. It can help organizations identify areas where they may be over- or under-licensed and take corrective action as needed.
3. License optimization: This job analyzes license usage patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and license optimization. It can help organizations minimize licensing expenses while still maintaining compliance.
4. Data collection: This job collects data from various sources such as software discovery tools, inventory scanners, or other systems to keep asset records up to date.
5. Data retention: This job manages the retention of SAM data in the system by archiving older records or purging them if they are no longer needed.
6. Integration processing: This job processes integrations between SAM and other systems such as ITSM, CMDB, or HR to ensure accurate data exchange across different departments.
But I would suggest you dig in each and every scheduled jobs by your own and let me know if you stuck at any place or piece of function , I am happy to help you at any time . Explaining each and every job is not possible so please do self assessment and then reach out to me . Hope this is helpful. Thanks
