Hi @suresh kaliappa
Eager to help out.
1. Can you tell me how you checked the plugin?
2. For this one as well, what steps have been taken to come to expect the result?
Regards,
Jaap

Hi Jaap ,
1. Under system applications -> All. I searched with "com.sn_samp_master" but no results found. Later under system diagnostics -> upgrade history i tried searching. but still no results found.
2. Later regarding publisher pack apps. it was said that the publisher apps like oracle , microsoft , IBM , adobe and citrix apps was installed from store. but when i check in upgrade history i found records for oracle(sn_itom_oracleglas) and microsoft(com.snc.samp.microsoft). but for adobe(com.sn_samp_adobe) and citrix(com.sn_samp_citrix) i did n't find anything. but it was said that the apps was installed from store.

1. Would be me way to go too. Make sure you have synced with store as well. Otherwise try to refer to the Help Center button to submit your query.
2. It might be that those plugins might be required to be installed seperately even if they come in as standard with the SAM Pro application.

Check the application manager. If it's not listed there, they are probably not installed:
your_instance/now/app-manager/home/tab/installed/sort/install_date
