Hello, I would like to inquire about the usage of the 'Perpetual + Maintenance' license type.
For instance, if I purchase a Perpetual license with 90 days of maintenance for $1000 and create one entitlement record with 'Perpetual + Maintenance' license type. Do I need split the entitlement into 2 records: one for 'Perpetual' and one for ' Maintenance'? If so, why ServiceNow design the license type 'Perpetual + Maintenance'? What is the best practice in this scenario? If I continue using the 'Perpetual + Maintenance' license type, will ServiceNow calculate that for reconciliation?
Thank you.

Hello @Annie7, No you don't have to, If you create an entitlement with "Perpetual +Maintenance" your installs with be licensed. You don't have split the license.
Thanks!
