Hi,
For one of our client we are creating entitlements and publishing them. But recently we have observed that whatever the entitlements we have created, those products are not appearing on License Workbench, I have done below things to ensure that everything is set from our side:
1. License under management on software models is set to true for all the entitlements
2. In the companies table, "normalized' is set to true for those publishers.
3. Ignore installs is set to false for all these products and all the products are licensable.
4.Published all the software entitlements so all are in 'in use' state.
5. Ran the reconciliation post uploading the entitlements.
Is there any other place where i can look if something went wrong or something needs to be configured?
Why those publishers/entitlements not showing on license workbench post running reconciliation?

Make sure that the licence type of your active entitlements represents a base license. If it's a Maintenance record, that quantity won't show in the license workbench.
Only these license types are considered base licenses and will cumulate the quantities as an Available license:

Perpetual + Software Assurance |
Subscription |
Perpetual + Maintenance |
