"Requested for" is blank in RITM and Catalog Task.

Hi Community,

 

"Requested for" field is showing blank in both RITM and Task. When i click on the eye icon beside the "requested for" field it's showing "no preview available". When I checked in XML, it's showing the value for "requested for" in XML.

Can anyone please help where the issue is?

Hey @spandana kalla 

Were you able to verify the sys_id you got in the XML is a valid user ID of a user record.?

yes it's sys_id of that user only in XML.

@spandana kalla : Can you try flushing the cache of the instance run <instance URL>/cache.do and logging into the instance check

 

 Or this might happen if the display checkbox of the user table has been changed to something else apart from the name field
