Hi @SrinivasRamanu1 @dreinhardt - We are currently onboarding Citrix as a publisher in ServiceNow SAM Pro. While configuring the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops product, we utilized the Resource Value feature and manually added the consumption values.
However, we are noticing that the software is still being reported as non-compliant. From our analysis, this appears to be happening because Discovery is identifying installations that require action, which is impacting the compliance position.
Our understanding was that when manual consumption is added using the Resource Value feature, it should override other sources.
Could someone please clarify if faced similar challenges?

Hi @ankityadav ,
it’s by design, that a product is non-compliant until all actions are solved. Sounds like you’re not able to utilize the Citirx integration? What kind of action is reported, are you able to remediate it?
Best, Dennis
