Hi All!
We are currently working on Salesforce CRM integration with ServiceNow and according to the documentation, it seems we require admin access for the service account to establish OAuth connection in Salesforce API, once we get the connection do we still need the admin access to proceed with the integration? Can we use standard user access to pull data from salesforce? Any insights or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!"

Based on my experience, you will need admin access to complete the integration with Salesforce and the consumption data is then ingested on a daily basis until the OAuth token expires. That said, if your organisation has purchased SKUs from Salesforce which are different from "Service Cloud" or "Sales Cloud" (and Salesforce has multiple ways in which they package Sales/Service Cloud), then you will be unable to reconcile the your entitlements and usage.
