SAM-SaaS intgeration for Confluence

Hi everyone,

Does anyone worked on SaaS integration for Confluence?

Whenever Im trying to get token from confluence , dialog box appers and says "This app requires access to a confluence site which you dont have access"

Does anyone have any idea?

Hi @dhivyalaksh,

please check you've installed the latest SaaS plugins Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management release notes and verify the minimum security settings are fulfilled Integrating with Confluence Cloud.

You could asked your Confluence admin to check the security logs to get more details about the connection and site ServiceNow SaaS would like to connect to.

They have provided enough roles and verified plugin version too .Everything seems to be perfect

But still getting the same request access page.
