ServiceNow Discovery and SCCM

Which sources of discovery are suggested by ServiceNow to fill the table of ServiceNow software installations?

(two options valid)

(a) ServiceNow Service Mapping
(b) HP UCMDB
(c) Microsoft SCCM
(d) ServiceNow Discovery
(e) ServiceNow Orchestration

Would that be (a) and (d), or (c) and (d)?

I am confused with that question, in one place we have Service Mapping (top-down) and ServiceNow Discovery (horizontal) as part of ServiceNow Discovery, but in the other side SCCM is the suggested plugin to download software installations and usage. Can somebody please clarify which of those would be the right answer?

Hi @pastrana ,

It should be A) ServiceNow Service Mapping and D)ServiceNow Discovery.

Hi Sandeep, in my opinion SCCM and CSD Orchestration can also be used to add Software installations, could you please tell me why those two are not valid? thx
