Hi Community!!
I just attended a demo on SAM and the presenter mentioned the SKU library? Does anyone know if this exists and where. This would be very helpful in trying to understand this white whale I call the SAM application.

Okay. You don't access the SKU library directly anywhere. One easy way to see it:
- Navigate to Software Asset > Licensing > Software Entitlements.
- Click New.
- Click the magnifying glass for the Publisher part number field.
This shows you what I believe was referred to as the SKU library. If you've had the instance set up for less than a week, then you might not have the full content loaded into it yet. I believe you will have over 96K records if the content library has loaded.

Hi Glenn,
SAM Professional includes a content library. This library includes Publisher part numbers that can be used to automatically create Software Entitlement records. This is not something you can just download and pull down. You need to have an instance with SAM Professional to work with it.

Glenn,
Do you have SAM Professional, which was new in Jakarta? One quick way to tell is that you no longer have Software Counters. Instead, you will see Reconciliation under the Software Asset application in the Application Navigator.
