Software Allocations security changes

Ever since the last release was applied, I have not been able to manage allocations the same.

In the Entitlement record, on the user allocations tab, I was able to add a new allocation.  Now when I double-click on the user field, I get an error :

Security prevents writing to this field

Also, I am no longer able to go into an existing software allocation and change any of the fields.

Obviously, this is slowing down the way I work.

Was there a security change in the last release?  Is there something my administrator can change to allow me to do the things I did before?

Hi, it was part of a overall security fix for all ServiceNow instances. Your platform should informed you about this, didn’t they?

they also should know what to do to get your access back
