Software Installed table still have data after SAM installed and Migrated software installation data

Hi ,

Software Installed (cmdb_software_instance) table still have data after SAM installed and Migrated software installation data.

So now it duplicate data of Software Installations [cmdb_sam_sw_install] or we need to retain the data?

Can we delete the data in Software Installed (cmdb_software_instance) ?

Pretty sure you can delete the old data but I would open a ticket with SN support to be sure. I don't see anything documented regrading migration

There is no need to retain the data, there is also no harm in doing so. SAM only uses the data found in the cmdb_sam_sw_install table.
