Software models and software product lifecycles

Hi Team,

 

Need help to understand the below points,

 

1. For below software model, based on what condition below related list is only showing 4 software product lifecycle records.

 

2. For Many of the software models , we cannot see the lifecycles are not generated. Can we know what may be the issue.

There could be various reason for this. Some of them are below :

 

1- Publisher does not publish Lifecycle Dates for it 

2- ServiceNow does not have lifecycle dates for these software (You can raise a request to ServiceNow to investigate Software product and add Lifecycle dates if available)

3- It could be home grown software and ServiceNow does not know lifecycle dates about it. You might have to add lifecycle for these products manually
