Tips for Maintaining High-Level Data in Software Product Table

Hello All,

The data in our Software Product (samp_sw_product) table appears to be too detailed or fine-grained. For  example, we have over 4400 records solely for python. Is there a way to aggregate/consolidate these into few entries?

Hi @vvr,

I have looked at the other attributes of the table and would answer your question with no, there is no way to aggregate the data in this table differently. The Software Product (samp_sw_product) table contains all available products managened by the SAMP content team to be used for part numbers, software models, discovery models, etc.. Would you please so kind to share the use case of your request and why you need a special grouping.
