Hi Team ,
We are currently implementing Software Asset Management (SAM) for a customer and would like to know where we can find the list of vendors and software supported by ServiceNow for SAM.

I think it will be the software that can be discovered from ServiceNow right 🙄, where can i get that list them🤔

Thanks for the reply .But this can be followed only after the discovery right , ie when the pc_vendor_cat_item table is populated ?
I saw some details in discovery map tables, but still I'm confused and wondering where can i get a full vendor list supported by servicenow.

If I understand correctly, Discovery identifies the models using the maps, and then the software models associate the data to check whether it is normalize or not
However, if there are software applications that do not have a discovery map (dmap), what steps can we take
